The winery, in continuous development, has modern, operational and functional facilities allowing for a painstaking vinification, with constant monitoring of fermentation with temperature controls and daily pumpovers. Its storage and processing capacity is about ten million kilos, combining stainless steel epoxy resin-coated concrete tanks.

After a painstaking vinification our wines are bottled using stabilisation and microfiltration techniques.

Our finest wines are aged in a barrel hall with stable temperature and humidity.

This is all overseen by a great technical team accredited by the most renowned international quality food certifications.
